Aluma Real Estate is a personal property advisory service operated by Thomas te Raaij, autónomo (self-employed), based in Málaga, Spain. We operate under the brand Aluma Real Estate, Member of Baerz & Co.

- Contact form: name and email address when you fill in our contact form
- Golden Guide download: name and email address when you request our free guide
- Sell enquiry form: name, email address, and property details you choose to share

We do not collect payment information, passport details, or any sensitive personal data through this website.

- To respond to your enquiry or send the requested guide

How long we keep your data
We retain contact form submissions and enquiry data for up to 2 years, or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics (their default setting).
